I confirm that I have read the information in this application carefully and in its entirety.
I understand that in volunteering with Motley Zoo, I am making a commitment to put the animals' needs before my own desires and feelings and that effort provided alone, is not aiding the mission. I understand that only doing that which is needed and necessary is aiding the mission and I will adhere to policy and instructions as outlined.
I understand that working with animals can have inherent risks and I will not hold Motley Zoo responsible for any injuries, illnesses, death or dismemberment that may result from my engagement in this work.
I agree to uphold the values and behaviors of Motley Zoo's mission as I understand that as a volunteer I represent Motley Zoo as an organization with my language, behavior and actions, not only on site, but at home and out in public.
I agree to work on behalf of animals in need under the guidance and supervision of mentors and leadership and that I will be open and honest about communication.
By submitting this form, I pledge a commitment to Motley Zoo's and to treat both animals and fellow crew members with compassion and respect, as I too, would like to be treated.
